Most activities on Paradise Island are within walking distance from the villa.

There will be a charge of $ 3.50 per person over 12 years of age for every second day and final cleaning maid gratuity added to the nightly rate.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.

Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
